Participation in these activities is optional; however, if you wish to participate in one of the tracks or the post-conference tour, please note that it must be added to your cart during this registration process. They will appear as "Community Track" and "Conference Study Tour" on your invoice. Separate registrations for these activities will not be available. The last day to register is May 13, 2026.

Flavor Crossroads – İzmir University of Economics, Department of Culinary Arts Learn how to prepare a traditional Turkish dish with expert chefs. You’ll cook, taste, and explore the cultural stories behind the cuisine. Includes all ingredient costs, use of all cooking utensils, and instruction from a professional chef. Participants are responsible for their own transportation.

Artisan Crossroads – Kızlarağası Hanı (old Bazaar), the Coppersmiths’ Bazaar, and the Antique Market Walk through İzmir’s historic artisan districts and meet local craftspeople. Discover traditional techniques in copperwork, antiques, and handmade goods. Includes round-trip transportation, a professional guide, and all entrance fees.

Post Conference Study Tour — June 20, 2026 (Exact Time will be announced)

Exploring Ephesus is a unique opportunity to walk through one of the best-preserved ancient cities in the world, offering deep insight into the cultural, religious, and intellectual life of the Roman and early Christian eras. This unforgettable journey allows you to experience history where it happened, guided by experts who bring the past vividly to life.

This tour includes:

Two-way transportation to and from your hotel
Professional licensed English-speaking tour guide
Entrance fee to the Ephesus Archaeological Site
Entrance fee to the Ephesus Experience Museum
Entrance fee to the Terrace Houses (Aristocrats' Houses)

Please note that this is a 6–7-hour tour that will last through the evening. It is suitable for all ages but not for those with limited mobility or serious health conditions, as it will require walking on uneven surfaces for extended periods. We recommend bringing water and sun protection (hat, sunscreen) and wearing comfortable walking shoes. Snacks and dinner will be at your own expense.
